Abstract

This research contains information about the Implementation of Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest of the Southern Cross Road (JJLS) Parangtritis Village Kretek section in Bantul Regency. This research was conducted to determine whether the implementation of land acquisition for the construction of the Southern Cross Road in Parangtritis is in accordance with Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning Land Acquisition for Development in the Public Interest. The method in this research was carried out qualitatively. Based on the research results, there are obstacles in handing over compensation to the Entitled Party because the whereabouts of the party are not known and the next obstacle is because the status of the covered land is unclear, so that families who have land ownership letters for covered land in the form of letter c only get compensation for losses in the form of trees or plants.
