Abstract

This research focuses on the problem of conversion of agricultural land to non agricultural land for business that occurs in Geneng Village, Gatak Subdistrict, Sukoharjo Regency. This research involves the process used by the community, the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office, the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, and the Land Office of Sukoharjo Regency based on Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2018 concerning Amendments to Regional Regulation of Sukoharjo Regency Number 14 of 2011 concerning the Regional Spatial Planning of Sukoharjo Regency Year 2011-2031. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the execution of the conversion of agricultural land into non agricultural land for business places that have been done by the community is not in accordance with Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2018 because they do not get a Spatial Conformity Certificate (SKKTR) as an entry point to the next permission. This is because the community's business was established on Sustainable Food Agriculture Land (LP2B) on Sustainable Food Agriculture Areas (KP2B) which are protected and forbidden to be converted.
