Abstract

The title of this study is Analysis of Standard Leasing Contracts in Ensuring the Protection of Personal Data. The purpose of this study is to address the actions that leasing companies should take in drafting their standard contracts, ensuring that the protection of debtors' personal data is not overlooked. This ensures that the personal data of debtors is not used unlawfully and remains within the limits agreed upon in the leasing contract. This study adopts a normative approach. The results of this study indicate normatively that the collection of personal data agreed upon in standard contracts must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the management of personal data and the actions that leasing companies must take regarding such data once the contract has been fulfilled.
