Abstract

Human life is dynamic following the development of the times. In the era of rapidly developing technology, most people around the world have maximized the use of digital technology. In Indonesia, the government has begun implementing digitalization to make it easier for people to access electronic-based public services, especially in the land sector which aims to provide legal certainty of land ownership based on electronic certificates. This study uses empirical legal research, which focuses on social facts in society. The data used includes primary and secondary data. The implementation of changes in conventional land ownership certificates to electronic-based land certificates in Murung Raya Regency, precisely in Bahitom Village and Danau Usung Village in 2024 involved 10 respondents. The implementation of changes in conventional certificates to electronic-based land certificates for legal certainty of ownership in Murung Raya Regency increases the efficiency of land services and provides legal certainty for land ownership in Murung Raya Regency.
