Abstract
The land acquisition process carried out in Demakijo Village, Karangnongko District, Klaten Regency is in compliance with Act No Number 2 of 2012. The land acquisition stages have used procedures in accordance with land acquisition and compensation carried out by the government has been fair and appropriate by means of joint deliberation with respondents to determine compensation and compensation value above the sale of land so that in land acquisition and land release no community or government is harmed in the implementation of the construction of the Solo-Yogyakarta Toll Road.
