Abstract

Child is seen as a valuable asset of a nation and state in the future must be guarded and protected. It required coaching and protection of children, especially in terms of the age limit in the process handling of child criminals. Variety of positive law in Indonesia has ensure the protection of child offenders. One of them is Law. 3 of 1997 on Juvenile Justice. In this law provide protection to one child protection the age limit of criminal punishment against children.
