Abstract

Law enforcement in practice requires a policy of law enforcement officers. As do the act of catching done by investigators police must consider every regulations in the laws. The act of arbitrary in catching can be fatal for suspects and police. The problems in research this is why the police must responsible of this false move catch and constraint that which impedes police in defense grap false move. This type of research is the study of normative with source data obtained from the study of librarianship and interviews made in discussion. The result of this research is the police should be responsible for the act of any grap. See the law of criminal procedure and the Act human rights act governing the rights of suspects to request damages and rehabilitation. While constraints in fulfillment of compensation and rehabilitation in fact not aimed at police institution. But responsibility aimed at fulfilling the police guilty person.
