Abstract

Transvestite is one part of the people who experience a conflict or dispute that depend on the cultural elements related to the stucture of society and its values system, the presence in the midst of society has not fully accepted. There are so many social barriers faced by opportunities, employment opportunities, opportunities in religious activties, opportunities and constraints of family life opportunities for legal protection. These conditions resulted transsexual relationship with the social environment, it caused them difficulties getting better jobs and acces to existing resources, the law income they get led to the fulfillment of basic needs have not been godd. This study aims to find out information or data regarding the efforts undertaken by the transgender law to receive equal treatmen in the field of labor, and get information as well as the constraints of the efforts undertaken by the transgender law to receive equal treatment in the field of labor.
