Abstract

Human trafficking, particularly women and children back crowded spoken of society. Human trafficking is a modern form of human slavery and is also one of the worst forms of treatment of violations of dignity and human dignity. This problem occurs because of some aspect of one is the economic aspects such as the number of levels of unemployment and poverty are increasingly prevalent in Indonesia. In addition the educational aspect is also the cause of rampant child trafficking. Cases of child trafficking in Indonesia in the past ten years is on the rise, but only 10 percent of cases that go to court. Need for actions to tackle child trafficking a criminal offence. Legal writing this using this type of normative and legal research requires secondary data as the primary data. The methods used to process and analyze the data obtained in the research was the qualitative analysis. Tackling child trafficking a criminal offence is to be done, because trade is a child of modern slavery which violated human rights and violates human dignity and dignity for children is not the object which can be traded. Tackling child trafficking a criminal offence can be diupayaka by way of 1st Repressive, with law enforcement and applying strict sanctions for perpetrators of criminal acts of trafficking children, Preventive, with a second mapping crime in child trafficking Indonesia either for domestic purposes as well as seek abroad as well as tackling the causes of the occurrence of child trafficking a criminal offence, the third Preemtif, with increased public education, increased public knowledge through the provision of information about the existence of child trafficking and criminal acts need to be any warranty aksesbilitas for families.
