Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the implementation of the provisions of the Assembly No.VII/MPR/2000 military member who commit criminal acts are subject to military trials and obstacles – obstacles encountered in the implementation of the Assembly regarding such in order to explan the Things Mentioned above, the authors conducted a quantitative researchthat is normative to give the data as precisely and accurately as possible. The research location in the Military Court II- I I Yogyakarta. The type of data used include primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and research literature in the from of the books-books law and regulations-regulations, documents and lecture notes. From the research that has been done the result that No.VII/MPR/2000 MPR decree can not be applied of is implemented Because MPR has not been amended of is implemented until now. When MPR still forced to be applied before amended, it will be found Difficulties in its implementation. To Overcome these constraints it should immediately amend MPR MPR NO.VII/MPR/2000 to immediately apply the pros and cons so it does not happen again in the Presecution or examination of military member who commit common crimes.
