Abstract

Globalization has been a driver of the birth of the era of information technology. The development of information technology is evolving rapidly and follow the development of science that brings change in lifestyle, such as the gadgets and trends on internet activity. Internet has an important role and through the internet, many recognize the various things, ranging from social networking, apps, news, videos, photos up shop over the internet. Terms of shopping via the internet is also known as an online shop or shopping online. Online shop makes shopping easier without spending time and effort. Because of this ease of making online shop more attractive. But not too easy to do business in the online shop, because there are some obstacles that are often a problem. Such constraints are less disbelief prospective buyers to shop online sites due to rampant fraud in a particular shop several online sites. Although only a few sites online shop that has committed fraud against buyers, but the impact affecting public confidence in the online shop site so that they become less trusted by the public as a potential buyer. Formation of the concept of the draft KUHP which is new is one way in tackling crime through the internet because of changing times would create new crimes, while the KUHPthat is still valid today is no longer considered adequate, because it does not include new types of crimes that appear along with the changing times.
