Abstract
This study entitle Obligation Of Labor Moslem Veiled Woman, In Yogyakarta “Vista Tailer” Limited Liability Company. Objective this law study is to acknowledge duty of labor moslem veiled woman, in Yogyakarta. This is a normative law study that focused on norm of positive law consist of law and regulation related to duty of labor moslem veiled woman in Yogyakarta Textile Limited Liability Company. Secondary data (law object) which consist of primary law material, secondary law material, and tertiary law material were taken as study subjects. The results reveals that labor moslem woman are permitted wearing veil during working, although it not conflicting with Act No 13, Year 2003, yet in not comply the act No 01, year 1970 concerning Self-Safety Instrument.
