Abstract
The title of this thesis writing is ”A Juridical Review Toward The Authority of Rehabilitation Determination for The Narcotics Abuse Actors. The problem formulation of this law writing are who are the ones who have the authority to in rehabilitation determination for narcotics abuse actors and what are the obstacles that would appear in the implementation of the rehabilition. The objective of this law writing are to discover who are the ones who have the authority to determine the rehabilitation for narcotics abuse actors because the determination of rehabilitation could be performed by the judge and the investigator as well and the investigators could be from both investigators from the police department and BNN. This situation is able to raise a variety of perceptions in determining rehabilitation and also what are the obstacles that could be found in its implementation of the rehabilitation. The research method of this study is the research method that is focusing on normative norms of positive law in the form of Laws and interviews from the writer’s sources. The conclusion of this law thesis (ps.or writing you may choose) is the determination of rehabilitation is the authority of both the judge and the investigator. The differentiator is the caharcteristics or the nature of their rehabilitations and also their obstacles in implementing the rehabilitation is from the narcotics addicts themselves and their family who feel the humialitation if they should be rehabilitated.
