Abstract
In this legal writing entitled The Rocle of Worker Supervisor toward the Protection of Working Safety and Health of Offshore Oil Minning and Natural Gaseous Worker. The problem formulation is how the role of worker supervisor toward the protection of working safety and health of offshore oil mining and natural gaseous workers. To respond this problem formulation, thus this legal research used normative legal research, i.e. research focusing on law in the book norms and needs secondary data (legal source) as primary data. The purpose of this research is to know how the extent to the role of worker supervisor toward the protection of working safety and health of offshore oil minning and natural gaseous workers. From the result of this research it was known that the role of worker supervisor toward the protection of working safety and health of offshore oil minning and natural gaseous workers is only limited to the supervisory toward the usage of stemming boiler and received report if happened any working accidents.
