Abstract

Problems in this research that is whether Company of Publisher and Printing office of Andi Offset have fulfilled the quota 1% to employ the disabled people labor on its company pursuant to Law No 4 Year 1997. This Research target is to know, to studying, and analyzing execution of quota accomplishment 1% by company of Publisher and Printing office of Andi Offset to give job for labor of disabled people, pursuant to Law No 4 Year 1997. This Research is empirical law research. As for this research result that in its execution is company of Publisher and Printing office of Andi Offset not yet earned to fulfill the quota 1% to employ the disabled people labor in the company, Because in quota accomplishment of 1%, Company of Publisher and Printing office of Andi Offset experience of a lot of resistance. This resistances can be overcome by perform cooperation with the rehabilitate place for disabled people, so that the recruitment of disabled people labor matching with requirement of company. The company of Publisher and Printing office of Andi Offset also have to provide the medium accessibility at its company building so that laboring disabled people have a good mobility on its company. For On duty labor of Sleman shall have to be more dare to give the sanction for company which not yet earned to fulfill the quota 1% to employ the disabled people labor and for not providing the suggestion accessibility.
