Abstract

Nowdays, we need employees in order to increase job productivity. Both male and female deserved to enter all job sectors without discrimination limit them. Among many sectors and work field, some force employees to work in the night. Work in entertainment amusement area specially night entertainment amusement in Bali have big enough risk because profesionalitas in working correctness - real correct claimed by all and also employer of customer so that all employer have to give protection of law to all its worker as according to regulation of invitation going into effect. Legal protection intended is expected appropriate with the Act Number 13 of 2003 on manpower affairs. This research has been conducted at Kuta Bali. Research method used was empiric legal one it is a research focused on legal society ( law ini action ). Main data collection methods were interview and observation as primary legal material and books as secondary legal one. They were then processed using qualitative analysis with inductive way of thinking. Gado - Gado Cafe Beach Club, Galaxy Hotel And Bar and Paddy's club are some from to the number of place - night hotspot exist in kuta. They companies employing workers in the night and they does not optimally provide legal protection to ward workers in the night. Legal protection that have been implemented such as existence of security guard at work, providing day off period, protection have not been implemented yet, such as does not provide food and drink, does not separate bathroom. In addition, they are obstacles out of implementation of legal protection toward workers who work in the night, like those from Gado - Gado Cafe Beach Club, Galaxy Hotel And Bar, Paddy's Club, those from workers , and those from the government, in this matter Manpower Agency of Badung Regency.
