Abstract

The crime on drug fabrication becomes worrying recently, either in big cities or rural areas. The most fabricated drug is drug of catalog G because this drug is the most drugs in demand. This leads the doers to fabricate the drug of catalog G. this criminal act is one of the difficult crimes to reveal, so that there is a large number of obstacles for the Law Enforcer to struggle with this crime of drug fabrication of catalog G. the objective of this study is to recognize the obstacles of law enforcer role in struggling with the injustice action of drug fabrication of Catalog G. The method used in this research is the research of normative law. This research uses secondary data. The data of primary law is the bounded positive law data, while the data of secondary law is the data used to explain about the primer law data, including literatures about law expert opinions. After data analysis is obtained and then the obstacle confronted by the law enforcer in struggling with the drug fabrication of catalog G is the difficult arrest of the doers. This is because the organization is very neat which leads to the difficult of the seller. All this time, there is only the r of fabric drug of catalog G whom is captured. Moreover, the lack of coordination between the police and BPOM in revealing the injustice action of the drug fabrication of catalog G. Suggestion from this research is that the agency of law enforces has to participate actively, not only giving sanction to injustice action, but also giving illumination to the society about fabric drug, so they will not sell or buy illegally. In addition, it creates the improved coordination between police and BPOM to generate the feeling of secure in the society to consume drugs.
