Abstract

Global economy development and the fast advancement of technology brought influences, i.e. emerge of very tight business competition. In this matter, it could be understood that if in further emerge any tendency of outsourcing, i.e. take the entire part or some parts of companys facilities used to be managed itself to another company which then called as the company of work receiver. The functioning of outsourcing workers could be prevented furthermore by the companies in Indonesia, a lot of functions which could be gained by the part of company from the functioning of outsourcing worker likes the cost functioning, the company could focuses on its primary activity, and access to the sources which is not owned by the company. The company which function the outsourcing workers also should give legal protection, in this matter PT. BRI Cik Di Tiro Yogyakarta as the company of outsourcing workers user also gives protection in the matter of legal protection given to the outsourcing workers in PT. BRI Cik Di Tiro Yogyakarta. Meanwhile the purpose will be gained is to conduct analysis on the legal protection given toward the outsourcing workers working in PT. BRI Cik Di Tiro Yogyakarta. Method of research used was empirical juridical research by using primary data and secondary data. Based on the discussion on the form of legal protection given to the outsourcing workers working in PT. BRI Cik Di Tiro Yogyakarta, thus, it could be taken conclusion that working period, leafs, and workers social guarantee program which is given has been appropriate with the Law Number 13 of 2003 on Workers.
