Abstract
tenders criminal act especially in Yogyakarta speciali province police And in Indonesia generallycan be found in law no. 8, 1981 about procedurelaw as general provision and law No 31, 1999 jo law Nor 20, 2001 about the eradication of corruption as special provision. According to lawNo 31, 1999 jo law No 20, 2001 corruption act consist of some elements : country's loss, bribery, fraud the position , extortion, the dishonest action, the collision of the interest in the procurement and gratification. There are some criminal acts that linked with the corruption act like those have been mentioned in lawNo. 3, 1999 jo law No. 20, 2001, that are : blocking the process of investigation corruption casess, giving a false information, not giving information on banke account person holding officials secretly not giving information or gaving false information and wit not giving identity of rapportuer.
