Abstract
The title of this legal research was Existence of Judiciary in Investigation of Corruption Crime after the Establishment of Corruption Eliminating Commission. The problem formulation is how the existence of judiciary in investigation of corruption crime after the establishment of Corruption Eliminating Commission. Based on this problem, thus this legal writing purposed to gain data to be analyzed in the efforts of answering the legal problem submitted, i.e. concerning on How the existence of judiciary in investigation of corruption crime after the establishment of Corruption Eliminating Commission. The research author conducted was a research of which uses juridical normative method, i.e. by emphasizing on legal sources or often mentioned as secondary data as primary data. The primary data was gained from literatures and regulations, and supported by the result of interview to source persons. Thus, it gained conclusion on the role and function of judiciary in the efforts of eliminating corruption crime, i.e. judiciary is one of legal upholding elements that is given authority to conduct investigation of corruption crime, the judiciary conducts coordination and cooperation with relating institutions, thus there is no clashes in investigating the corruption crime. In conducting investigation, the existence of judiciary is very efficient and takes important role. Judiciary always conducts its task based on the regulations and also is in the constitutional line, by reason of corruption is a threat to the wishes for achieving justice and prosperous society.
