Abstract

Energy audit is needed to determine the level of energy consumption of a building or buildings. This study focused on the analysis of the performance of buildings, energy performance analysis and energy management in buildings located on Nusa Nipa University building. Values or the results obtained based on the measurements in the field that refers to electrical energy audit standard SNI 03-6196-2000. The method used quantitative methods with the help of simulation using Ecotect software v5.50. The results obtained are used to evaluate intensity of energy consumption (IKE) electricity in the building. The evaluation shows the intensity of energy consumption (IKE) at the University of Nusa Nipa buildings are inefficient so should be given advice in terms of building performance, energy consumption and energy management is good, so as to meet the required standards.
