Abstract
The system technology of information develop fastly, greatly affect the business activities of human. This also affect at the hospital in give task authorities do activities the ministry of health. The system plann of information in hospital often have depth with the business and provide in order to align information synergy of bussiness, and IT in RSUD (general hospital). So needed a plann of system information in this case the method used to describe organization current condition and design enterprise architecture is Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). This method used to describe and design of enterprise architecture, to achieve the company’s bussiness strategy. This research will result a blueprint can become a guideline to development system information of this hospital.
