Abstract
The role of theworkerorlaborin national developmentis increasing,with the risk and responsibility and thechallenges faced. For workers or laborers, economic losses are generally in the form ofinjury, severeinjuryorminorinjurywhich would require thecost of the medication. As well asworkersin the manufacturingair rifle, workers are veryimportantduringthe production process. The workers use machines to work easier, faster, and produce more production output. In the production processis not rareaccidents, workplace accidentsresulted inworkersbeingless than the maximumin the work,and there areeconomiclosses. Therefore, requires thesocial security employ mentor commonly called JAMSOSTEK workers to ease the burden of work when the accident occurred. Currently the company includes anair rifleyet workers in thesocial security program because ofignorance oftheobligationto involveworkers, following theways oflabor andsocial security benefits following such guarantee. Although the companycurrently does notparticipatein the Social Security program, but the companyis responsiblein case of accident sexperienced by employees, which is responsible for the medical expensesand treatments. In addition, Bramasta air riflehas also provided the tools to prevent accidents.
