Abstract
This legal writing is entitled “Application of Reclamation Guarantee Coal Company for Environmental Damage Control in the District Murung Raya (Case Study PT Marunda Grahamineral). In Indonesia there are many companies engaged in coal mining. PT Marunda Grahamineral is one of the coal mining companies currently operating in the District Murung Raya, Central of Kalimantan. As a company engaged in coal mining, PT Marunda Grahamineral have an obligation to submit a reclamation guarantee that will be used to perform reclamation. The reclamation guarantee provided by PT Marunda Grahamineral to October 2012 amounted to $ 187,679 from the previous plan of $ 310,788 with a target of 60%. In 2013 PT Marunda Grahamineral budgeted at $ 716,629, comprising $ 490,630 for environmental management and monitoring costs and expenses amounted to $ 226,000 for the contractor. If the company have contribution for reklamatian so it have a participation to save environmental and it will save their good will.
