Abstract
The thesis writing entitled TUGAS DAN FUNGSI KANTOR PERTANAHAN KABUPATEN DAN / KOTA DALAM PENDAFTARAN HAK MILIK ATAS TANAH (SPORADIK) UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN TERTIB ADMINISTRASI PERTANAHAN BERDASARKAN PERATURAN PEMERINTAH NO.24 TAHUN 1997 with the theological problem that is whether duties and functions of The District Land Offfice and / Town in the registration of land titles (sporadic) has realized the orderly land administration by The Government Regulation No.24 of 1997. The goal of this research is to answer that problem. This research is a normative legal research that is a research which is done/ foccused on norms of positive law that is forms of legislation in this case The Government Regulation No.24 of 1997. The analysis method in use is a qualitative method that is an analysis whicxh is done by understanding and arrangging collective data which were collected systematicaly to get the description of the problem being investigated. A method of deductive reasoning used to draw the conclusion from the analysis by drawing a conclusion from certain general statement or propositon to the specific one. The conclusion of the research is the increasing of the application data of the registration of land rights noted by the administrative subdivision especially for their registration of land titles (sporadic), so orderly land administration which becomes one of the goals of land registration by The Government Regulation No.24 of 1997 has been realized.
