Abstract
This legal writing entitled “The use of land for home living at the border Code River in relation to the protection of the function space based on Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2010 about planalogy in Yogyakarta’ City”, with the problem formulation was whether to used the land to home to live in border Code River protection has brought the function of the based on Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2010 about planalogy in Yogyakarta’ City of 2010-2029. The purpose of this research was to know, review, and analyze whether the use of land to home to live in border Code River protection has brought the function of the based on Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2010 about planalogy in Yogyakarta’ City. The type of this research was empirical legal research is that research conducted directly to respondents and speaker as primary data. Research method applied that is qualitative analysis. Reasoning process in concluding that is using inductive thinking method. The research show that the used of land to home to live in the border Code River has not to be realize the protection function of the space of the based Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2010 about planalogy in Yogyakarta’ City because space in the border Code River serves as a protected area is an area set with the primary function preserve the environment in this sustainability the function of river. The use of land in border Code River for houses left will destructive sustainability the function of river.
