Abstract

This research aims at analyzing of appeared risk and determine the solution strategy that will do by PT TWC Borobudur, Prambanan, dan Ratu Boko Yogyakarta from mar PT TWC Borobudur, Prambanan, dan Ratu Boko Yogyakarta from market, technique, and financial aspect. The study used many analyzes and by its tend to describe about the proper measurement of its business. This research activities are completed by many datas by interviewing with management officers and observed about locations and ticket prices, accommodation statistic datas, financial datas that related with their income and inflation, datas that could influence the visiting amount of domestic and abroad tourist, for example politic conditions and earthquakes. Data processing used Monte Carlo simulation with Crystall Ball software Version 7.2. From the result is knew the profit (loss) of business, the sensitivity degree on many variables and the scenario happened. From the result of processing shown that firm is suitable to do the business but it is need to notice about the operational cost using if over will decrease the firm profit.
