Abstract

Legal writing / thesis is titled "Study of Implementation of Working Time in the UD. Pink-Pink Garment Denpasar Bali ". Legal issues in legal writing / thesis is why UD. Type of research conducted empirical legal research is focused on the behavior of law (law in action), and this study uses primary data as the primary data and secondary data as supporting data. The data used in this study is the primary data and secondary data. Primary data includes data obtained from the study sample and the respondents. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling technique or sampling is done by taking a subject that is based on a specific purpose. Respondents in this study were worker at UD. Pink- Pink Garment Denpasar Bali, General Manager of UD. Pink-Pink Garment Denpasar Bali, The head of UD. Pink-Pink Garment Denpasar Bali, Denpasar Bali Manpower. Secondary data obtained from primary legal materials, which include: the rule of law in the form of positive law, secondary legal materials, which include: books, papers, research results, the internet, the opinions of legal scholars, legal practitioners and relevant papers issues studied by the author, and legal materials in the form of Indonesian Big Dictionary. Methods of data collection through interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. The data obtained and compiled from the results of the study, analyzed qualitatively. From the analysis of the author, it can be taken a conclusion that the UD. Pink-Pink Garment Denpasar Bali giving not appropriate work time because it is influenced by economic factors, factors specified period of completion of the consumer, and legal factors.
