Abstract

Children who are victims of sexual violence not only suffer physically, psychologically the child was suffering. Rehabilitation provided so that children can grow and develop properly. In legal writing, the writer wanted to know the form of rehabilitation is given to children who are victims of sexual violence and what the obstacles encountered in the provision of rehabilitation for children who are victims of sexual violence. Authors use this kind of empirical research, namely the study of law which obtain data from the primary data, primary data source is a legal research resource supported by primary and secondary legal materials. Authors used a qualitative analysis of the use of qualitative measures and in drawing conclusions using deductive thinking. Conclusion of the writing of this law is the most important form of rehabilitation is given to the physical and psychological rehabilitation of children, the barriers that are experienced in providing rehabilitation and environmental characteristics of children who are less supportive.
