Abstract

Housing is an artificial environment that involves the various aspects of life such as physical aspects of their inhabitants, social, cultural and economic. In the implementation of the housing project must have some constraints. This study aims to identify the factors that determines the success of the implementation of the housing project and analyze the relationship between these factors. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 50 developers of housing in Yogyakarta. Completed questionnaires and deserves to be analyzed further by 42. The analysis used is the analysis of the rating value-average and Pearson correlation analysis. The results showed that the determinants of successful implementation of the project is the cost of housing based anticipatory action with preventive action against the problems or obstacles that are expected to arise and interfere with efforts to achieve work objectives, based on quality is a follow up on any changes to make improvements and prevention are needed, and by the time is the job description must be clearly understood. Analysis of the relationship between cost, quality, and time on the determinants of successful implementation of the housing project is the magnitude of the correlation coefficient (r) between cost and quality are 0.691, 0.681 and time cost, and the time and quality is a significant or a probability of 0.966 to 0.000.
