Abstract

Thesis entitled Public Service in the Field Licensing Under Act No. 25 of 2009 in Yogyakarta City Government Environment was held in Yogyakarta City Licensing Office. This research was conducted to describe and explain the laws dealing with public services Government of Yogyakarta, and then analyze the constraints in the implementation of public service to the welfare of society, and analyze efforts to overcome these constraints . The research method used is a normative legal research, ie research that focuses on positive legal norms. The data used are the primary legal materials legislation applicable, secondary legal materials in the form of expert opinions contained in the legal literature, as well as analyzing and guided by the relevant interview as support in writing this essay. This research is expected to contribute to the development of public service, particularly the provision of services by the Licensing Agency of Yogyakarta. This study is expected to provide input to the government of Yogyakarta in the optimization efforts of public service in the field of licensing Yogyakarta. Because of that, this research may be useful for all parties involved in public service in the environment of Yogyakarta city government.
