Abstract

To find and examine how the implementation of the transfer of property land ownership for sale and purchase is done in the presence of district head as PPAT while after the enactment of Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 in district Tulang Bawang Barat of Lampung Province. The method used is t empirical legal research. The data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained directly from the respondents and interviewees to obtain information and data regarding the transition of ownership rights over the land because the sale and purchase are done before in the presence of district head as PPAT, while secondary data obtained through the study of librarianship, such as laws and regulations related to this research and also a legal opinion, books and research results related to the land registration. That the implementation of the transition of ownership rights over the land because of buying and selling are done in the district Tulang Bawang Barat sub district Gunung Terang and sub district Lambu conducted in the presence of head of the PPAT while were in accordance with the Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997 in article 37 paragraph ( 1 ) that determine that in execution transactional right belonging to the ground because sales and have gained deed sales-and- of sub-district as ppat provisional processes and requirements in registration transactional right belonging to the ground because sales and in land office.
