Abstract

The title of this research is : “Implementation of government regulation number 43 in 1998 article 28 to worker with disability at PT. Madubaru - PG/PS Madukismo”. This research discussed constraint implementation quota 1% for workers with disability between 100 workers at PT. Madubaru - pg / ps madukismo and the settlement of the constaint. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyzing constraint implementation quota 1% for workers with disabilitas between 100 workers at PT. Madubaru – PG/PS Madukismo and to find out and analizyng the settlement of the constaint. The method of this research is empirical legal research that focus on the behavior of law community . As the main sources is interview with respondent and study of literature. The result of this research is PT. Madubaru – PG/PS Madukismo not implement the regulation because do not know the regulation and so far there are no applicants work is people with disability. To settle these constraints madukismo should be more open to workers who have disability so PT. Madubaru – PG/PS Madukismo meet regulations and the ability of workers with disability can be maximized.
