Abstract

The title of this research is THE REGISTRATION OF PROPERTY RIGHTS ON CUSTOMARY LAW LAND (CONVERSION) TO ENFORCE THE LEGAL SECURITY THROUGH THE PROGRAM OF LARASITA AT THE DISTRICT OF DEPOK IN THE REGENCY OF SLEMAN. The problem formulation of this research is whether the registration of property rights on customary law land (conversion) at the district of Depok in the Regency of Sleman through the Program of Larasita has enforced the legal security? This research is purposed to understand whether the registration of property rights on customary law land (conversion) at the district of Depok in the Regency of Sleman through the Program of Larasita has enforced the legal security. This research is a type of empirical legal research; the obtained data are analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of research analysis then it can be concluded using an inductive method. The research results show that the applicant in registering of property rights on customary law land (conversion) through the Program of Larasita has enforced the legal security. The suggestion from researcher is in order to keep the Program of Larasita which is implemented at the district of Depok in the Regency of Sleman through, because until now there is still a lot of ground customary law land that has not been converted.
