Abstract

The author took the title of the implementation of the occupational safety and health for women workers at the Grand Hotel Quality Yogyakarta. The background of this research that today is not a few people who think negatively against women workers working at night. The entrepreneur was supposed to improve the concern for health, safety, morality and welfare of the workers. This research raises a problem formulation discussed about how the implementation of occupational safety and health for women workers. This type of research in this scientific writing is a kind of empirical research, which in this study using 2 data source, are the primary data source that reviewed studies of librarianship and the primary data source that are reviewed from quizoner and interviews. This scientific writing using qualitative analysist data and using the method of inductive thinking. Research results based on the results of the quisoner and the authors conducted interviews, the Hotel Grand Quality of Yogyakarta have already implemented some of the rules and regulations related to the implementation of the health and safety of women workers at night.
