Abstract

This thesis entitled Implementation of Land Use for Agricultural Development With Applicability Warehouse District Regulation No. 14 of 2011 Sukoharjo On Spatial Planning Sukoharjo Year 2011-2031. Formulation of the problem in this study is whether the implementation of the use of agricultural land for the construction of warehouses in Sukoharjo is in conformity with the Regional Regulation No. 14 Year 2011 on Spatial Planning Sukoharjo Year 2011- 2031. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from respondents and interviewees. Secondary data consists of primary legal materials in the form of legislation, secondary legal materials in the form of legal facts, doctrines, principles of law, and the legal opinion in the literature, journals, research, documents, newspapers, the internet, and scientific magazines, and tertiary legal materials in the form of the Great Indonesian Dictionary. This study used a qualitative analysis that an analysis of how the results of research that produces descriptive data analytical data expressed by the respondent in writing or orally, and also the behavior of the real, which is researched and studied as something intact. And in drawing conclusions using inductive way of thinking is to draw conclusions from things that are common to the things that are special. This study is not in accordance with Regulation Sukoharjo District No. 14 Year 2011 on Spatial Planning Sukoharjo Year 2011-2031. This is due seven (58.3%) respondents had Utilization Land Use Permit and Building Permit, but five (41.7%) of the respondents have a Land Use Permit Utilization and build the barn before the permit is granted. suggestions can be submitted the author is Sukoharjo Government should reduce the change of use of agricultural land into non-agricultural land. There needs to be a clear provision regarding the cost to take care of Utilization Land Use Permit to avoid deviations legislation. Wirogunan Village Government, Ngabeyan Village Government, and the Government is expected to reduce the Gedangan village agricultural land-use change by looking at the quality of the soil, the environment, land constraints, and the allotment in order to avoid changes in the use of productive agricultural land. The owner of land and warehouse buildings and warehouse providers are expected as possible to reduce the occurrence of a change of use of agricultural land is still productive. In addition, it is expected to follow the requirements and procedures appropriate building permit set by the government before building the warehouse.
