Abstract

The thesis entitled The Impact of the Detention on Investigation Level towards Child’s Psychic. The objective of this writing process is to know the impact of the detention on investigation level that can influence child’s psychic. This writing utilized normative law research type, which is a research that focuses on positive law norm and learn legislative rules related to detention impact on investigation level towards child’s psychic. Of the writing, it can be concluded that the impact seen from the detention on the investigation level is negative emotional condition such as anxiety, fear, confusion, powerless, depression, until the most serious level, which is mental disorder.
