Abstract

In writing a thesis this, writer discuss review the law number 15 year 2003 on terrorism in a bid to overcome the offender the criminal act of terrorism in indonesian. The writing of laws to be done is aimed to know success of the law number 15 year 2003 on terrorism in a bid to overcome the offender terrorism. The kind of research used in this research is law normative research that focuses on the norms ( law in the book ) and research this requires data secondary as data main while data primary as a supporter. A method of collecting data done with the literature study and interview, a writer of tilling the data in a systematic way by using the method qualitative analysis and in drawing a conclusion the use writers a method of deductively. Based on analysis that has been done by the writer so can be concluded that a verdict inflicted in some cases writer discussed in advance opinion writer is enough as it is stipulated in the law number 15 year 2003 on eradication criminal act of terrorism. It is seen from many angles countermeasures, imposition verdict a pretty heavy approaching with threats his sentence. It has a purpose, either spatially prevention and is convictions. The hope that can affect deterrent against players terrorism, channeled can hold net terrorism in indonesia and provision of deserving punishment considering impacts generated by terrorism very large.
