Abstract

In writing this essay , the author discusses the role of the police in tackling hongkongpools gambling in DIY. It is against the backdrop of the fact seediness hongkongpools gambling going on in the community and until now its existence is still not eradicated until the roots . Formulation of the problem in this study, namely : whether the police's efforts in tackling hongkongpools gambling in DIY, and whether the constraints faced by the police in tackling hongkongpools gambling in DIY. Method approach in this paper is a type of empirical legal research , this study is done directly to the respondents and interviewees as the data mainly supported by secondary data consisting of primary and secondary legal materials. Sources of data in this study were obtained by means of field studies and literature . The data obtained in the research literature and research in the field is processed using qualitative analysis . Based on the analysis that had been conducted by the author , it can be concluded as follows : police efforts to tackle gambling hongkongpools in DIY is to do preventive and repressive efforts, and the constraints faced by the police in 2 tackling hongkongpools gambling in DIY hongkongpools site is not blocked, not the discovery of evidence, more intelligent network hongkongpools cover hongkongpools gambling, the involvement of officials in hongkongpools gambling syndicate, and light punishment .
