Abstract

The legal writing that performed by author is purposed to understanding about realization of prisoner’s right in order to obtaining prelease treatment at Class IIA penitentiary Yogyakarta. The problem of this research are why prisoner should get prelease treatment and how the implementation of prelease treatment for prisoner at Class IIA penitentiary Yogyakarta. The method type this law research is normative, that law research is focused on law behavior and this research is using primary data and secondary data. Methods of data analysis using qualitative. Based on the analysis that has performed by author in earlier chapter, there is concluded that the realization of prisoner’s right in order to obtaining prelease treatment at Class IIA penitentiary Yogyakarta during it’s implementation has been running well. This can proofed by the number of prisoner’s who obtaining prelease treatment at Class IIA penitentiary Yogyakarta reaching 265 prisoner’s between 2011 – April 2014, this is proofed positive manner in order to right’s fulfillment on prelease treatment at Class IIA penitentiary Yogyakarta.
