Abstract

The region of Margasari include at buffer zone to border on the refinery area and included at coastal zone which is surely the tide sea. Kampong Margasari area is a lot of dense settlement inhabited by a society as traders. In 1992 when RT 29 and RT 30 has hit by fire, government to do a resettlement with a plan cluster habituated. They made a cluster house with the same of volume water land for the all of house type. The type of cluster house are type 21, type 36 and type 70. Type 21 is the most of house at Kampung Margasari with a sample of house to develop of housing are type 36 dan type 70. And at 2005 when RT 1-RT12, RT 15 and RT 28 has hit by fire, government had help for map of volume water land and give a materials building but the government didn’t help to build the house. The method use in this research is descriptive method and data collection methods used are qualitative and quantitative methods. The qualitative method is a method used to extract data from the literature that local governments and deep interview with the respondents. While quantitative methods is the method of data collection in the questionnaire that respondents will be processed with SPSS tool and the processed data will be explained in descriptive. In one time, the water village Margasari had a develop their house during the layout and design house based on the needs of space activities and the house with new materials for the long time to use but still use the old construction with wood construction on the water land
