Abstract
This research is examined the law protection of Commerce Confidential after the end of working agreement. The problem from this research is whether this commerce confidential keeps secured although the working agreementhas been over and how is the law protection of commerce confidential after the end of working agreement. The research type that used is normative, which is law research that conducted by examining the literature or secondary data.This research is using legislation and conceptual approach, the law materials that used is primary law materials that areUndang-UndangDasar 1945, Act No 30 Years 1999 about Commerce Confidential and Act No 13 Years 2003 about LaborAct. The secondary law materials that is law and non-law opinion from literature, the research result that related with information that gained from source person.This first research result is concluding that securing the commerce confidential their company is by codifying the working agreement with their employee but after the working agreement is over, there is no longer any rights and duties from both parties, this end of agreement or contract is being both parties has not any commitment and duties because the law that regulated has been over. The second research result is the commerce confidential legally will remain secured although the working agreement has been over because the law directly protecting this commerce confidential.
