Abstract

Child shows the percentage of crime is quite atanning, where they created a negative impact, both the children themselves and for society at large. Line with developments in information technology today and not only bring positive impact to human life, especially for children's lives. But carrying the children fell into the negative things. Fact that the world of children vulnerable to sexual crimes and children not only as objects of sexual crimes, but as sex offenders. Abuse is a form of moral evil which his actions can not go unpunished due to cause unrest, anxiety and lack of calmness in the community. Impact on the criminal sexual abuse is the perpetrator can be punishable by criminal penalties. Effort to bring law enforcement will be undertaken by officers law made by children in the implementation does not always work well in accordance with what is expected. As in investigating child abuse cases committed by children and there is a special investigator, special service space. As for the constmints faced by investigators in conducting investigations is communication. Where a child is afraid of dealing with the investigator, so conduct an investigation using a free uniform for more perpetrators are not depressed.
