Abstract

Title of this research is Realization The Participation of Child Protection Commission of Indonesia in Dealing with Perpetrators of Child Maltreatment. This script is made to get some data and to analyze about Realization The Participation of Child Protection Commission of Indonesia in Dealing with Perpetrators of Child Maltreatment. This research is a normative research. Normative legal research is research which conducted or focus to positive legal norms be related regulation about The Participation of Child Protection Commission of Indonesia in Dealing with Perpetrators of Child Maltreatment. I used secondary data for primary data and primary data for supporting primary legal materials such as primary legal materials, secondary data materials, and tertiary data materials. The result of this research is Child Protection Commission of Indonesia do not run the technical implementation of child protection activities such as the provision of education for children, and Child Protection Commission of Indonesia also not supposed to replace the function of individual advocacy community that the practice is run by community organizations and other non-governmental, but as a controller institute, balance, and child protection commission. Child Protection Commission of Indonesia has the authority to provide temporary treatment and promptly asks agencies to carry out its functions related to the issue of children.
