Abstract

The Title Of This Research Is THE REGISTRATION OF PROPERTY RIGHTS ON LAND THROUGH THE PROGRAM BASED ON FARMER LAND CERTIFICATION JOINT DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND HEAD OF THE NATIONAL LAND NUMBER 515 / KPTS / HK.060 / 9/2004 TO ENFORCE THE LEGAL SECURITY AND PROTECTION LAW IN DISTRICT BANTUL. This research is purposed to understand Registration Of Property Rights On Land Through The Program Based On Farmer Land Certification Joint Decision Of The Minister Of Agriculture And Head Of The National Land Number 515 / Kpts / Hk.060 / 9/2004 To Enforce The Legal Security And Protection Law In District Bantul Based on the results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the registration of property rights to land through land certification program farmers Based Joint Decree of the Minister of Agriculture and the National Land Agency No. 515 / Kpts / HK.060 / 9/2004 in Bantul has realized certainty and legal protection. Because of the 25 (twenty five) respondents surveyed have obtained the certificate. And since the issuance of the certificate until the time of submission of the certificate to the respondent no third parties who filed an objection to the certificate, and there is no dispute over land that has been registered The certificate has a specificity for in a written certificate will not do alihf refugees farmland. Farmers' land certification program is very beneficial for farmers who own agricultural land in the village Canden and village Sumbermulyo.
