Abstract

The title of this thesis is the, the responsibility of the expedition cargo marine through the ocean freight preformance in port Tanjung Mas Semarang. The problems of this study are : How is the responsibility of marine Cargo event of damage goods delivered and how the evidence and the process of compensation. This thesis is a type of empirical legal research,this approach is a focus of research conducted on the behavior of the legal community . Empirical legal research conducted through field studies to locate and determine the source of law in the sociological sense as the desires and interests that exist in society . The data obtained for this Research gather and collect from the various sources of primary data . Primary data is data obtained directly from the respondents about the object under study as the main data . The result are that : Responsibility expedition in damage to goods delivered offset by an agreement if the damage occurs when the goods under the expedition cargo marine and of supporting infrastructure required to reduce risk.
