Abstract
This thesis title is decision review of district court in region law of Yogyakarta high court against narcotics abuse case by the police officer. Basically, a police officer who becomes subject of narcotics abuse is caused by three factors, (1) personality, (2) family, and the environment. A police who become the subject is equal before the law like civil society. How does the judge make some decision for them as members of narcotics abuse and is there any special consideration for them? The special Consideration by judges for condemned the police officer should be an example and become role model for society not only for enforcing the justice but also for not breaking the law. In addition, the special consideration has general consideration as it is regulated in act Number 35 Year 2009.
