Abstract

The title of this research is the Juridical Review About Forms Compensation In the Land Acquisition for Development for Public Interest Under Act No. 2 of 2012 To Achieve Legal Protection. The purpose of the study was to determine how the compensation in the form of land acquisition for the construction of public interest pursuant to Act No. 2 of 2012 and determine whether compensation in the form of land acquisition for the construction of public interest pursuant to Act No. 2 of 2012 has been realizing legal protection. This research is a normative law research that focuses on the positive legal norms in the form of Regulation Legislation that Act No. 2 of 2012 (Article 36) of the Forms Compensation in Land Acquisition for Development for Public Interest in order to achieve legal protection. Research result show that Forms Compensation In the Land Acquisition for Development for Public Interest Under Act No. 2 of 2012 not guarantee legal protection for the former holders of land rights, has not been realized in the presidential number 71 section 75 that with emphasis on compensation in the form of money, the implementation of land acquisition are often inclined to use compensation in the form of money. It makes the rights of the former owners of the land will form other than money damages reduced.
