Society in particular medical patient have a lot of hanged expectation life recovery out of medical patient with relative who suffer in pain. Doctor as an proffesional expert who own capability within matter medical and subjugate knowledge for common importance, having a free and stand alone which is orient about humanity value appropriate with Medician Code Of Ethics. However, doctor as a ordinary people who full of deficiency within bring about medician duty carry on a lot of risk. Malpractice according to Section 11 verse 1b Ordinance number 6’1963 about Paramedic which is “carry out a certain thing who should not make by paramedic, good to remember oath although considering oath as a paramedic”. Out of understanding mentioned above, then be able to say that doctor reputed already make a bad practice what kind it by cause with intentional or result dereliction not to fulfill rules and regulations who already a given fine within Medician Code Of Ethics, standard profession, although medic standard serve, who come about medical patient experincing disadvantage.
