Abstract

The title of this writing is the goverrnment obligation concerning children's rights for standart of health. The goal of this writing is to know which side who has the obligation to give nutrition in order to prevent lost generation, to know the government's implementation about their obligation for a proper standart of health for the childeren which is appropriate with their rights in order to prevent lost generation, to know why factor that make the government slower to realize their obligation to fulfill the rights standart of health. The writer applies normative law writing method by taking secondary data which is the rules ol legislation, documents material which are books, working paper, newspaper, website that have relation with the object of this writing. The analiysis is done by describe the rule of positive law, next is systimized vertically and horizontally by using pricipall of exclusion reasoning, and the next step is to interpret gramatically and teological and then evaluate positive law that have relation with the government's obligation in order to fulfill the childeren's standart of health. This writing concludes that parents have central position as resposible side in order to prevent lost generation. The implementation of government's obligation for children's standart of health is shown from rules legislation. The factor that makes government slower to realize thir obligation is the ervice of health is not speard well.
